RMA procedure at DataWorld

Our RMA procedure is straightforward and provides for quick replacements. We do not work with RMA numbers – you may prenotify us of complaints via e-mail or on the phone.

  • Please provide us with the serial number of the product or alternatively another reference by
    which we can assign the defective item (our order number, delivery note number or invoice number).

  • If the product can be claimed, please return it to us (to our usual business address). Please enclose an RMA delivery note with a brief description of the defect and add a note whether you prefer an exchange or a credit note. Without this note, you will automatically receive new product.

  • In urgent cases, we may also replace defective items in advance. In this case, we will issue a pro forma invoice, which will be credited back to you as soon as you have returned the defective item. Please also include a note that the item has already been replaced.


    →  Defective batteries/products containing batteries:

    Please do not send in batteries that are inflated or otherwise damaged at the sheathing, it concerns thereby hazardous goods! Simply email us a photo showing the defect and the serial number and dispose of the battery properly on site.
